The Repair Process
No appointment is required for an estimate - we take walk-ins or you can get a quick, free online estimate. Our appraisers will always try to get you the best price, and will break down the repair costs and answer any questions you may have.
We’ll give you an estimated day of completion for your vehicle, but you are more than welcome to call or stop by anytime you’d like a progress update. Our employees are all experienced technicians who each perform specific steps of the repair process, so you can rest assured that we have the best person doing the job every step of the way.
As soon as your vehicle is complete, one of our managers will inspect the repairs to make sure everything looks even better than new. You will also have the chance to inspect your vehicle before settling up in our office, to make sure everything meets your expectations. We offer a lifetime warranty on our repairs, for as long as you are the owner of the vehicle.
If you have no way of getting to our shop, we will arrange to have someone pick you up or deliver your vehicle to you. We’ll take care of any insurance or third party pays so you don't have to, and ensure the rental car we booked for you is picked up.
